Pastor Niffen, a lifelong resident of Hannibal, has been happily married to his wife Lisa since 1989 and is blessed with four children. He received his local ministerial license with the United Pentecostal Church International in 1990, his general ministerial license in 2005 and was Ordained in 2021. In 2018, Pastor Niffen was elected as the Senior Pastor of New Life. He harbors a profound love for people and a fervent desire to witness the growth of God's kingdom.
